The Oakville Royals will be holding Tryout camps on the following dates: August 3,4 & August 9,10, all work outs will be held at Oakville Park. The Oakville Royals Baseball Club will be fielding 3 teams with the addition of a development team in 2011/2012 - 18U, 17U & 16U. The camp will run for the scheduled days from 9am- 12pm. The Royals will be hosting a development camp for players aged 13-15 on August 9,10 @ Oakville Park from 1:30pm-4:30pm for more information on the Royals Development Program, contact us @ info@oakvilleroyals.com or 905-844-6600. The camp will allow the Oakville Royals staff to evaluate and instruct each camper. Cost of the camp is $120 for new players and $60 for returning players. The camp is open to players born in 1998,1997,1996, 1995, 1994 & 1993 (born after May 1st if born in 1993)
To register you must :
1) Complete the form below and email it to: ATTN: Try-out 2010, info@oakvilleroyals.com and CC:mikeswinton@oakvilleroyals.com & jmilton@oakvilleroyals.com; or print the form off and bring it with you to the camp. (if emailed you will receive notification that your registration has been received.)
2) Full payment must be made by the first camp date or participation will be declined.
3) Attendance is mandatory for all tryout dates posted excluding development players.
Location and Time
Development Camp: Players from the ages of 13-15
Please arrive 30min prior to the first scheduled practice time, to allow for proper registration.
The camp will take place on:
- August 3,4 from 9:00am- 12:00pm
- August 9,10 from 9:00am- 12:00pm
- Development Camp (13-15yr olds) August 9-10 from 1:30pm-4:30pm
What to Bring:
- All baseball gear (glove, hat, baseball pants, t-shirt, spikes, bats)
- Water
- *Wood bats only at camp/try-outs*
