Oakville Royals Development Plan
Building the Complete Baseball Athlete:

Baseball is an anaerobic based sport, which requires players to sprint, accelerate, decelerate, dive and make reaction plays, throws, swings, and make tactical decisions in a high speed environment. For many Baseball Players the ability to play at a high level depends not just on their baseball skills but also the body that they play baseball with.

For players to be successful in the sport of baseball they must develop efficient movement skills to enable them to move more effectively on the field while controlling and manipulating their body positioning. The baseball programs developed by Mind to Muscle are designed to establish, build and enhance a baseball player’s athletic skill. Baseball athletes will develop movements, body positioning and decision making which promotes an efficiency of motion on the field as well as reducing the risk and incidence of injury. Baseball training at Mind to Muscle will work to increase their explosiveness, acceleration, reaction time, single leg power, increase vertical power and leg strength to play effectively for a full game.Training at Mind to Muscle allows the individual baseball player and teams to realize and perform to their potential talent level on the field consistently. We at Mind to Muscle look forward in working with the Oakville Royals Baseball Club!
